1. What we collect

• Account information (name, email address)
• AI conversation history with your agents
• Connected platform tokens (stored encrypted)
• Usage analytics (anonymous, aggregated)

2. How we use your data

• To provide the Kovatron AI agent service
• To connect to your marketing platforms on your behalf
• To improve the product and fix issues
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

• Data stored securely in Supabase (US-East region)
• API keys and platform tokens encrypted with AES-256
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds)
• Data in transit protected by TLS/HTTPS

4. Third party services

Kovatron integrates with the following third party services:

• Anthropic — AI processing for agent responses
• Google — Search Console, GA4, and Ads data (only with your authorization)
• Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok — Marketing platform data (only with your explicit authorization)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Supabase — Database and storage

5. Your rights

• Access your data anytime in Settings
• Delete your account and all data instantly from Settings → Privacy
• Export your data on request
• Disconnect any platform integration at any time
• Contact hello@kovatron.com for any data requests

6. Cookies & local storage

• We use localStorage for session management (login token) — not a cookie, never shared with third parties
• Analytics and ad measurement (optional, consent-based): with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how our site and app are used, and the Meta pixel to measure which of our own ads brought you here (for example, that a free-week signup followed a click on a Kovatron ad). Until you accept — or if you decline — analytics runs in cookieless mode, the Meta pixel is not loaded, and no such cookies are set. We do not sell this data or use it to build a profile of you across other sites. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser, which re-shows the consent banner.
