Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kovatron you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Kovatron provides AI marketing agents that connect to your marketing platforms to help analyze and improve your marketing performance. The service includes 6 specialised agents: SEO, Email, Analytics, Content, Social, and Ads.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You must provide accurate registration information
One account per person — accounts are non-transferable
You must be 18 years or older to use Kovatron

4. Acceptable use

You may NOT use Kovatron to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud others
Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

5. API keys and integrations

You provide your own API keys for AI providers (Claude)
You authorize Kovatron to use your platform credentials on your behalf
We encrypt all credentials and never share them with third parties
You can revoke any integration at any time from Settings

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
You may cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
No refunds for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Pilot access is free for the stated duration and requires no payment method

7. Limitation of liability

Kovatron is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for marketing results, decisions made based on agent advice, platform downtime, or data loss beyond what is within our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Upon termination all your data is permanently deleted.
