Option 1 — Instant
Delete directly from the app
1. Log in at
kovatron.com
2. Go to
Settings → Privacy
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Click
"Delete account"
5. Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data is
permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Email request
Send us a deletion request
Send an email to
hello@kovatron.com
with:
Subject:
Data Deletion Request
Body: Include the email address of your
Kovatron account
We will permanently delete your data
within
30 days of receiving
your request and send you a confirmation email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All conversation history with AI agents
- All connected platform integrations
- All stored API keys and tokens
- All usage data and analytics
- All email addresses and personal identifiers
